West Beach, and Libby Beach on Whidbey Island is one of my family's favorite places. We have done a lot of Rock Hounding in this area for Agates in particular. I have captured many photos in this location because of the view of the Olympic Mountains, and passageway for many types of boats. It is a gorgeous backdrop for painting inspiration.
